HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check out. Return customers save time, by simply inserting their username and password.

SHOPPING ON LINE

Shopping online is safe and secure with us. We respect your privacy and Unique Medical Id will never release or sell any information about you to third parties. We will never under any circumstances release any of your information. All information you provide to us will be solely used for the process of your order only. You may contact us with any questions or concerns you may have via email or telephone.

We accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Please note that checks accepted through paypal only.

SHIPPING

We ship nation wide.
We offer first class shipping, priority mail and Express Mail shipping.
Each package is sent using Delivery confirmation through USPS. Our shipping prices are:
US First Class- 2.75
US Priority Mail- 6.00
Express Mail- 18.00
Outside US- 20.00

International Orders & Credit Cards

All international orders will ship via the USPS.
Please allow 2-3 weeks before your custom engraved medical id alert bracelet, sports band or necklace to be shipped out.

RUSH ORDERS

If you need your medical Id bracelet, band, tag or any other medical id product we carry FAST we offer Rush engraving at an additional fee..
What this means is that we will get it done immediately and your order will ship out within 7 business days!

HOLIDAY SHIPPING AND TIME FRAME Our last shipping date before Christmas will be December 21,2009. Orders placed on December 13th will be shipped out by December 21st.
Your shipping choice at checkout will determine if you will receive your package on time.
Express mail usually arrives either the next day or 2 days depending on your location. Priority Mail usually takes 2 to 3 days depending on your location.

All orders placed after December 13th will be shipped out after Christmas.

STORE POLICY
Once you place your order it is sent directly to our engraveing department and can not be cancelled. Make sure all information is correct. Please read engraving. Our custom beaded medical Id bracelets are covered by a 60 day warranty. Our custom medical id bracelets are very tough and put together using only quality material however We do NOT guarantee beaded medical bracelets that are abused, worn in water or during sports. Only covers normal wear. Do NOT use any type of jewelry cleanser on any medical id you purchase from us. Cleanser's can damage the crystals and some of the finishes on certain beads. It can also fade or remove the coloring of the medical symbol. We also recommend that you DO NOT wear your medical id, bracelets, sports bands or any of our medical id's in water, swimming pools, the ocean or hot tubs as the salt and chemicals can damage your jewelry. If your beaded medical bracelet breaks please contact us and we will replace the beaded band for the exact item, except under the conditions listed. If, the item you ordered is no longer offered, or not in stock we will replace it with another of equal value. Please contact us if you have any further questions. After the 60 Day Guarantee and we have not received your beaded bracelet for resizing, restringing or your custom beaded medical id bracelet breaks we will resting it for you at a cost of $5.00. You can order RESTRINGING / REPAIR on our store. You must contact us via email before sending bracelet back to us to make sure your covered under 60 day guarantee.

COUPON SPECIALS
Any store special in which coupon codes are used must be entered at time of placing order. We do not credit you back if coupon code was not used.

ENGRAVING

To ensure that there are no mistakes in your custom engraved medical id tag/plate, please check and double check your engraving for any errors or mistakes before you complete your order.

If we make a mistake in the engraving we will redo your medical plate at no charge, however if the mistake has been made on your part, we will not redo your plate free of charge as you will need to purchase a new plate.
We keep all engraving information on file.

Sizing/Resizing

To get a correct size for your custom beaded medical id alert bracelet, you will need to measure your wrist snug, but not too tight, and add 1/2" to that measurement.

For example: If your wrist measures 5 1/2" inches, then you will order a 6 inch beaded medical id alert bracelet.

Please note that we do charge a restringing-resizing fee. Please make sure that you order the correct size when ordering. If you have any questions, please by all means contact us.

RESTRINGING / REPAIRS

If you have a beaded bracelet or band that has either broken or your child has outgrown we will restring it for you. Although our bracelets are quite durable you may find that you are in need of a repair
Simply go to our resizing category and purchase there. Make sure you put in your size. The price of repair or resizing is $5.00 per bracelet or band. Shipping will be added to mail your item back.
PLEASE DO NOT send the tag back.
