Our slider Medical id plate measures 1" x 1". Made of 316L Surgical Stainless Steel which is hypoallergenic and non-corrosive! Brushed matte finish.

Your Medical information will be engraved in our traditional (etched) style engraving or select black/lasered engraving at an additional cost. There is no color added in traditional engraving. We simply etch the inscription into the metal. For black/lasered style engraving, the inscription is lasered onto the metal in black letters using a Plain Block font. Laser engraving highly recommended for active children.
